They are a Scam DO NOT TRUST THEM
I agree with the comments about the automated e-mails It was very frustrating and upsetting. Do not touch this company !!
Time Wasters: no loans
As the other person said, I also got automated email, spent 2 days trying to sort it out, always got automated mail, refaxed 3 times, emailed documents twice. Only ever got automated email saying we did not get your paperwork.
Telephone number does not work.
Phoned parent company 123, they gave me same number that was not working and said different company they cannot help.
Email read receipts showed my email being forwarded to a gmail address!

Does only1 ever receive documents?
I submitted an application and was asked to fax or e-mail some documents which I did, both via fax and e-mail. All I received were automated e-mails telling me I hadn't sent the documents. I tried to call them and got put through to a voice mail box, it was full and couldn't take anymore messages. So I e-mailed them, I received another automatically generated e-mail telling me that my documents had been received and that I need not worry. Lo and behold I then received another automatic e-mail saying my documents hadn't been received and that I would need to re-apply. I called the parent company, 123 Debt Solutions, who assured me that the company was still trading and that they would send a message asking them to contact me. I received no contact so I spoke to 123 again. The best they could do was say that they would pass a "post it note to them".
If your looking for a payday loan, I would suggest that you look elsewhere and save yourself having to chase these cowboys for a couple of days.
